Look for accommodation or other services on our website via main menu, through our destination guide. When you find the most suitable accommodation or service, click on the Book button.
Once you enter the main data from the reservation, you will receive a calculation for a given period and number of guests. To continue the reservation process, click the Next button.
Enter your personal information, in the form of a reservation. For accommodation and service that are marked „Available
immediately“, the agency guarantees their availability. In this case, you can continue to choose the payment method and
confirm your reservation, except in rare cases when we need the confirmation from the owner.
For accommodation without the tag „Immediately available“, our customer service will send you an e-mail about
availability within 24 hours (48 hours in case of weekends and holidays). Once our booking department receives your
inquiry, our colleagues will send you an offer for one or more available boats/villas/cruises to your e-mail. In this
e-mail you will be able to see everything you need for your decision: info, photos, equipment list and price. Of course,
if you have any additional questions, just contact them anytime. Have in mind that you cannot delay your decision as the
boats/villas/cruises are getting booked really fast, especially if the booking season is close to the date. (We always
encourage our clients to contact our booking department as soon as possible because of a greater chance to find what hey
want early in the season.)
In order to confirm your reservation, make a payment and enter all the necessary information. Arca Travel ensures safe
handling and secure transmission of your information.
Once we receive the paid deposit, we will send you a booking confirmation and notification of receipt of the deposit
paid,
Once we received the total amount, we will send you a receipt and voucher as proof of the amount you paid for the
accommodation and/or other services as well as information about the yacht/ property/ cruise.
